Terms and conditions

By enrolling your child to RP. Performance and Coaching the following Terms and Conditions apply:

1. Registration and Consent
  • Parents must fully complete registration forms before a child can attend.
  • Choices regarding consent for social media and images must be provided, as photos, videos and recordings may be taken during class for marketing purposes.
  • During class physical contact from teachers or other students may be necessary if demonstrating, correcting or working collaboratively.

2. Payments and Fees
  • Fees are due on a half-termly basis before the next term timetable begins, where if any changes are made to fees, you will be notified.
  • The length of each half term may vary due to term dates and bank holidays.
  • A £10 fee will be required if late payments occur, dates and deadlines will be informed upon invoice.
  • If payment for term classes, workshops, camps or parties is not made, your child space is not secured and can be finalised once payment has been made.

3. Notice of Withdrawal
  • 4 weeks notice is required if you wish to no longer attend a class, and must be informed in writing to the principal (Rimini).
  • If informed in less than 4 weeks that your child is no longer attending, outstanding fees will still be due. Abiding to this, allows time to allocate the child’s space and cover organisation of costs, to protect venue hire, teaching staff and additional expenses.

4. Fitness and Health
  • By attending, you confirm your child is fit and well to participate, any injury must be reported before the class commences. Without prior report of current injury or illness your child will be asked to not participate if necessary.
  • RP. Performance and Coaching does not accept liability in the event of an injury or accident.
  • Emergency contact details, allergies and health considerations must be provided and up to date.

5. Communication and Class Changes/Updates
  • Parents should check emails, WhatsApp and social media for updates.
  • We may change the location, time, teacher of your class when necessary.
  • RP. Performance and Coaching has the right to change class schedules, durations and prices when necessary. We will strive to inform you of any changes as soon as possible.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Classes may be cancelled or postponed in the event of location closures or restrictions and unforeseen circumstances.
  • RP. Performance and Coaching is not responsible for the result of Government restrictions such as pandemics or lockdowns and loss of costs and fulfilled invoices.
  • In the event of Government restrictions, replacement classes may be installed if possible (online or within an outside venue).
  • Classes will not be refunded due to absence, illness or holidays or additional commitments. Additionally, weather, travel or other unforeseen circumstances and events.

7. 1:1 Private Coaching
  • If a private coaching session is cancelled less than 24 hours prior, the full lesson fee will be due.
  • Lessons must remain professional and appropriate at all times.
  • If a parent or child behaves inappropriate the lesson can be terminated without refund.

8. Responsibility and Supervision
  • If a child is late being collected, a member of staff will supervise until an approved parent/guardian’s arrival.
  • Parents are required to inform us of any adult they consent to collect their child, failure to do will mean the child is not handed over until parent/guardian has confirmed.
  • Responsibility is during class times only, staff are not responsible for children once they leave the room.
  • Children under the age of 13 are not allowed to leave the premises unless accompanied by a listed adult.

9. Behaviour, Respect and Conduct
  • Bullying or inappropriate behaviour towards other children or staff will not be tolerated. Sanctions and possibly removal of a child’s space may take place if necessary.
  • Our classes take place on hired premises where respect to property and others on site is imperative.
  • Students are expected to behave respectfully through the duration of their time at class, sanctions for behaviour otherwise may be necessary.
  • Parents must report any concerns regarding behaviour or bullying immediately.

10. Loss or Damage of Property
  • RP. Performance and Coaching does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items, anything staff finds will be secured in lost property.

11. Environment and Safety
  • Children, Staff and Teachers are expected to abide by the rules of the premises, including the classroom, building and car park.
  • Drinking, smoking or abusive language is not tolerated under any circumstances.
  • You must bring a refillable water bottle to class, children can only participate in physically activity with appropriate fluids to hand.

12. Uniform and Punctuality
  • Children must be dropped and collected from class on time, arriving 5 minutes before the lesson commences.
  • Hair must be tied up neatly for dance classes. It is advised to keep hair bands in your child’s class bag.
  • The correct uniform for each class will be informed prior to class and upon signing up. It is important for the safety of the child that these are followed.
