Meet Our Team

Our Founder & Principal

Rimini

Founder and Principal Rimini Panayi welcomes you to our RP. Performance and Coaching community. From a young age I had been a dedicated performer, representing Team England at the Dance World Cup from 2015-2021, where I became a Solo World Champion after receiving 1st Place Gold in my category. In 2023, I graduated with a First-Class Musical Theatre Degree from prestigious drama school Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts, and later pursued my professional career as both an educator and performer.

My passion for helping others and educating young people is the Core of my teaching methods, ensuring each performer’s individual star-quality shines through and is nurtured. Having a creative, patient and knowledgable practise enables my students to have a positive and progressive experience in their classes, through my unique approach and consistency in structure.

I am very excited to welcome you to RP. Performance and Coaching, please follow along on our journey of upcoming events and plans.

Teaching Assistant

Valentene

Valentene is a training Dancer and Performer, as well as the sister of our Principal Rimini - her love for teaching and coaching stems from her early assistance to Valentene and her early days as a tiny performer. Seeing her grow into a bright, confident and successful performer makes for a wonderful assistant and someday teacher.

Her kind and cheerful nature brings a positive and playful approach to our classes, workshops and camps, is loved by all students and her careful attention to detail enables her to push students even further in their exploration of performing arts.

Her success too as a World Champion and her sensational capability as a rising performer makes her the perfect role-model for blooming performers.

Workshop / Camp Assistant

Ella

Ella (she/her) is a freelance theatre maker and facilitator, and a wonderful addition to our Workshops and Camps as an assistant at RP. Performance. After years of success as a competitive dancer, Ella went on to train at Rose Bruford College where she shifted her focus to acting and obtained a first class degree in ‘Theatre and Social Change’.

Following the success of her autobiographical solo show ‘Operation Shrink’, Ella is now working in association with the Harlow Playhouse as well as continuing her work as a dance teacher and theatre facilitator for young people.

Her positive, patient and inspiring approach to teaching young performers makes Ella a fabulous member of the team.
